Corrine Blizard Scott

Corrine Blizard Scott, 71, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. She was born in Forsyth County on September 8, 1954, to the late Richard Blizard and Cleo Teague Wishon. She was a loving mother that put her family above all else. Helping people was a passion that had her spending years as a volunteer for various organizations in Winston-Salem. She spent more than 25 years with Piedmont Airlines/US Airways, which fueled her enthusiasm for traveling all over the world. Preceding her in death was husband, Marshall Scott and brother, Ward Wishon. Surviving is her son, Nicholas Ogburn (Katie) and three grandchildren, Reid, Carter, and Cooper. A service will be held at a later date.
