Cynthia Kaye Duncan
Mrs. Cynthia Kaye Duncan, 52, died on March 1, 2016 at her home. Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother, Penny McHone; father, Donald McHone; and sister, Kim Zavala. Surviving are two daughters, Ashley Hall and Amanda Jones; one son, Donald Anderson; one sister, Joanna Rodgers; and several grandchildren. There will be no formal services.
