Cynthia Conrad Trivett

Cynthia Ross Conrad Trivett, “Auntie”, passed away at the age of 81 on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Cynthia was born on February 8, 1944, in Forsyth County to the late Clarence Odell Conrad and Pauline Branson Conrad. She will be dearly missed by her loving family because of the profound impact she has had on each of our lives. Her sweet compassionate nature was ever present, always offering a kind word to those around her. For those of us close to her, we also had the privilege to see the undercover goofball and jokester.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Jonathan Trivett; older sister and brother-in-law, Astrid Pauline Saylor and John Saylor; and her nephew, Cameron Monroe McDaniel.

Cynthia is survived by her nieces, Kimberly Len McDaniel and Marie Sipe McDaniel; great-nieces and nephews, Tamara Chamberlain (Allen), Courtney Haughwout Sloan, Jackson Tyler, Eli Chase and Abigale Grace McDaniel; beloved great-great-nephews and nieces, Noah Kenneth Haughwout, Jacob Allen and Jadyn Len Chamberlain; and extended family member, Kimberly Lynn McDaniel.

We as her family would like to extend our gratitude and deepest appreciation to the wonderful staff in both buildings at Clemmons Village in Clemmons, as well as the nursing staff at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home of Winston-Salem.

A private family graveside service will be held to honor Cynthia’s life at Westlawn Gardens of Memory.
