Cyril Irwin "Cy" Johnson, Jr.

Mr. Cyril Irwin ""Cy"" Johnson Jr., 62, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015. He was born on October 30, 1953 to Cyril Irwin Johnson and Fredrica Pantlind Johnson in New York. Cy was a generous man with a big heart who never met a stranger. As a ""people person"" with many friends, he also enjoyed his business as an employment recruiter. He was happy when in the outdoors; fishing, hunting or playing golf. He was active in all sorts of sports and was an avid Jets and Mets fan. More than anything, he was a very loving and loyal husband. Cy was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his beloved wife, Martha Johnson; sisters, Bonnie Rowsey and her husband Paul of Dallas, TX; Fredrica Johnson of Puerta Plata, D.R., and Patricia Joslyn of Charlotte, N.C.; daughter, Krystle; and many nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct.
