Daisy Moran

Mrs. Daisy Howard Moran, 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, October 19, 2017. She was born in Harlan, KY on March 27, 1929 to the late Will Howard and Sarah Burkeheart Howard. Mrs. Moran was of the Baptist Faith. She had a zest for life and loved gardening, cooking, and entertaining. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moran was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Moran; four sisters; and four brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hunter of King; son, Bruce Herman of NY; grandson, Joseph Herman of NY; and many cherished friends and extended family. A private service will be held to honor Mrs. Moran.
