Daisy Eugene Farlow Temples

Mrs. Daisy Eugene Farlow Temples, 72, of Winston-Salem passed away May 19, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on August 24, 1943 in Greensboro to Slatz and Daisy Wood Farlow. Mrs. Temples was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles William Temples, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Cagle and husband Cliff; one son, Brian Dean; three grandsons, Christopher, Jack, Steve; two step-grandsons, Adam and Jake. A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 pm on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Ardmore United Methodist Church with Rev. Lisa Tanico officiating.
