Dallas Marvin Spainhour

Dallas Marvin Spainhour, 88, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at his home.  He was born in Forsyth County on November 9, 1934, to the late James Marvin and Flora Dull Spainhour.  Mr. Spainhour retired from Dize Tent & Awning and was a master carpenter.  He was a devoted member of Sharon United Methodist Church and was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather.  Preceding him in death was his wife, Rachel Jones Spainhour, four sisters, and four brothers.  Surviving are three children, Melanie Beauchamp (Andy), Kyle Spainhour (Eric Siemers), and Miriam Lane; seven grandchildren, Matthew Beauchamp, Justin Beauchamp, Emilee Angell (Brandon), Trevor Thomas (Kaycee), Cole Thomas (Brianna), Brianna LeSerra (Dom), and Griffin Fisher; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Lorene Groce (Ralph).  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Sharon United Methodist Church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane Winston-Salem, NC 27103.  Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
