Darrell Reese Tesh

Darrell Reese Tesh, 55, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born to the late Charles Reese Tesh and Brenda Shelton Tesh on January 20, 1971, in Forsyth County.

Darrell was a kind and caring man. He enjoyed being able to joke around with others and always had a lighthearted spirit. Darrell will be remembered as someone who loved his family dearly. He will be deeply missed as those who loved him cherish all the memories he left behind.

In addition to his parents, Darrell is preceded in death by his sisters, Connie, Angie, and Susie.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Jamie Renee Lynn Tesh; grandchildren, Brodie Sayre, and Mason Sayre; sister, Linda Tesh; brother, Dwayne Tesh; and many special nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
