David Blackburn

David Blackburn, 60, of Winston-Salem passed away Tuesday December 2, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Health, with his family by his side. David was born July 16, 1954 in Forsyth County to Talmage and Juanita Blackburn. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother Juanita; his sons Andrew and Mason; a sister Brenda of CO, and a brother Ronald and his wife Bernice. A Memorial Service will be held at Harvest Temple Church of God, 312 Newsome Road, King, NC, 2:00 PM Saturday, January 17, 2015.
