David Lee Couch

TOBACCOVILLE - Mr. David Lee Couch passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born October 16, 1960 in Forsyth County the son of Jerry Lee Byrd Couch and David Monroe Couch. Mr. Couch is survived by his daughter, Shana Couch; his parents, Jerry and David Couch; sister, Sandy Flippin and husband, James Flippin; and fianc郩, Karla Bull. A Memorial Service will be conducted 6 p.m. Wednesday, November 17 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with the Rev. Randall Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the parent's home following the service.
