David Garfield Marshall, 81, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2025 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born October 20, 1937 in Forsyth County. David retired from AT & T and was an avid Duke fan. Surviving are his wife, Patricia " Pat" Marshall. No services are scheduled at this time.
Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is serving the family.
