David Lee Mullins, Sr

Mr. David Lee Mullins, Sr, 68, passed away, Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Virginia on October 2, 1947 to Herman Buster and Mildred Jean Moore Mullins. Mr. Mullins was an avid fisherman, and a fan of wrestling, and Dale Earnhardt. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Susan Mullins, his children Jeffrey (Brandi) Byrd, Angie (Jeremy) Herman, and David Mullins, Jr., his grandchildren Amanda Byrd, Tylor Mullins, April Mullins, and Harley Herman, and one great-grandson Drayson Byrd; best friends, Doug Pizzino, Mark Godfrey, Howard Milliron. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Howard Milliron and Mr. Mark Godfrey officiating.
