Deborah “Debbie” Sue Mason Sears, 63, went to be with the Lord at her residence on Friday, February 20, 2026. Debbie enjoyed spending time at the beach and being with family. She was dedicated to her loving husband, Tommy, and her daughter, Emilee. Debbie was a natural caretaker and sweetheart. More than anything, she was faithful to the Lord. She will be missed immensely by those who had the pleasure of meeting her.
In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Thomas Elwood Sears Sr.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted and adoring husband of 45 years, Thomas Elwood Sears Jr.; her daughter, Emilee Sears; her sister, Angie Mahaffey; four nieces and nephews, Justin Mahaffey (Christie), Christopher Grigg, Carolyn Oakley (Will), and Alexandra Snow (Jacob); Four great nieces and nephews, Elliott Mahaffey, Ethan Mahaffey, Chandler Mahaffey, Eleanor Oakley; her mother-in-law, Helen Sears; Special friends, Melissa and Riley Gibson, and their children, whom she saw as her own, Wyatt and Cabe Gibson; as well as a host of other close friends and family.
