Debra Marie Honaker

WINSTON SALEM - Debra Marie Springfield Honaker, 59, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Debra was born on November 30, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan. Debra was a dedicated employee of Southern Fasteners. She shared her kindness and generosity with all who knew her. Debra loved her family and had a huge love for animals.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, JC Green; a brother, Danny Green; and a grandson, Jacob Honaker.
Surviving are her son, Chad Honaker (wife, Amber) of Austin, TX; her mother, Maude Green of Winston-Salem; a special cousin, Lori Wilson (husband, Troy) also of Winston-Salem; and many other friends and family.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
