Debrah Noren Davis

Debrah Noren Davis, 74, of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Southwood Assisted Living. 

The family will hold a private celebration of life.

Debrah was born May 9, 1949, in Vicksburg, Mississippi, to Aubrey Davis and Gladys Warnock Davis. She was a loyal and dedicated hard worker. She loved flower and herb gardening, tending to her houseplants, and cooking. Ms. Davis loved her family and had a heart for animals. She had and appreciated a good sense of humor. In addition to her parents, Debrah was preceded in death by her niece, Jenny Hughes; and her beloved grandmother, Jessie. 

Left to cherish her memory are son, Christopher Wehmeyer; daughter, Caitlin Burchette (Timothy); three grandchildren, Cameron Thompson (Katy), Noah Wehmeyer, and Luke Burchette; sister, Paula Huff (Allen); niece, Emily Hughes (Lanee); and great-niece, Spencer. 

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caring staff of Southwood and dear caretaker and friend, Debra Craft.
