Delilah Cosby Smith

Ms. Delilah Cosby Harris Smith, 65, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at her home. She was born in Forsyth County on March 6, 1952 to the late Junior Loyas Harris and Naomi Lethcoe Harris. Delilah is survived by two daughters, Amanda Brackens (Craig) and Jennifer Tompkins (Ricky); two grandsons, Ricky June Tompkins (Ambor) and Roby John Tompkins (Amber); four great-grandchildren: Jaelyn, Noah, Brett, and Arial Tompkins; two sisters, Charlotte Naomi Clarke and Lois Crouse; a close cousin, Carol Tate; and a special friend, William. A Celebration of Life will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 1, at Kerwin Baptist Church with Pastor Daniel Hawtree officiating. A special thanks to her physician and friend Dr. Gail Marion.
