Dewey Tolbert

Winston-Salem- Mr. Dewey Mark Tolbert, 77, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center. Dewey was born on January 23, 1941 in Rockingham County to Sydney and Katherine Tolbert. He was a former member of Welcome Door Baptist Church in Kernersville and he loved to garden.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda Gross Tolbert; three children, Deborah Ann Tolbert of Winston-Salem, Michael Lee Tolbert also of Winston-Salem, and Kaye Stevenson (husband, Mike) of Meadville, PA; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Dewey will be held from 6pm until 8pm on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
