Diane Harrison Lawrence Faust

Mrs. Diane Harrison Lawrence Faust, 65, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born July 8, 1947 in Virginia to Hildra Harold Harrison and Thelma Parrott Harrison. Mrs. Faust retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after more than 35 years of service. After her retirement, Diane relocated to Oak Island, NC and began a business in Real Estate. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Thelma Harrison, and husband, Bruce Faust. Surviving are her daughter, Carrie Lawrence, her former husband, Carrie's father, and friend Steve Lawrence, three stepchildren; Linda Gail Duckett, Bruce Faust Jr.,and Shannon Faust, two step-grandchildren, an uncle Pleasant Coleman Shields, two aunts, Hazel Shields and Peggy Lowe and many special friends. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs, Mandy, Gabby and a cat, Stormy. A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00PM Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Charlie Carter officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. After the service everyone is invited to gather at Finningan's Wake Irish Pub and Kitchen, located at 620 N. Trade St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 to celebrate Diane's Life. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kate B.
