Dixie Delories Bennett

Dixie Delories Bennett, 87, of Kernersville, NC passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Kernersville Medical Center. She was born to the late Corbett and Pearl Bennett on January 13, 1938, in King, NC

Dixie spent 25 years of her career working at Guildford Mills. She enjoyed listening to country music and spending time with her friends. Although most of all she loved her son, Jeff.

In addition to her parents, Dixie is preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Bennett, Ted Bennett, Steve Bennett, and Rex Bennett.

She was survived by her loving son, Jeffrey Bennett of Kernersville, NC ; sisters, Gaye Bryant of Goldsboro, NC, and Mary Ann Ingold (Tony) of Asheboro, NC; brother, Len Bennett of Murray, Nc; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, November 28, 2025 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel.
