Dolores Merritt Tesh

GERMANTON – Mrs. Dolores Merritt Tesh, 85, of Red Bank Road, died Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Village Care of King. Mrs. Tesh was born April 20, 1940, the daughter of the late Roscoe Blaine and Mae McCanless Merritt. She was a faithful member of Shiloh United Methodist Church as long as health permitted. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carlton A. “Cotton” Tesh, and her daughter, Robin Denise Tesh. She is survived by a sister, Wanda M. Bigelow, of Kernersville, brother-in-law, Thomas William Tesh (wife, Valarie) of Germanton, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private burial will be in Shiloh United Methodist Church cemetery. A gathering of family, friends and loved ones to celebrate a life well lived will be held at a later date.
