Donald Bowlin, Jr.

KERNERSVILLE – Donald Lee Bowlin, Jr., 67, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Donald was born on May 3, 1954 in Rockingham County to Donald Bowlin, Sr., and Mary Dickerson Bowlin. He was a veteran of the US Army. Donald was an avid motorcycle rider, enjoying many rides with his wife, Vickie, by his side. Donald also enjoyed drag racing, bowling and fishing.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents and his parents-in-law.

Surviving are his wife, Vickie Bowlin; his daughter, Elizabeth Lefler (Doug); his son, Donald Bowlin, III; and two grandchildren, Emery and Brandon Bowlin.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
