Donald Moses Fulp

KERNERSVILLE-Donald Moses Fulp, 71, a loving husband and father, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, March 11, 2014. He was born July 16, 1942 in Stokes Co. to the late Guy Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Tilley Fulp.

Mr. Fulp was a faithful member of Welcome Door Baptist Church. Donald worked for over 54 years in floor covering and was known throughout for his expertise.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Myra Tucker; sisters, Peggy Rutherford, and Evelyn May Fulp; and two brothers, Johnnie Wilburn Fulp and Grady Lee Fulp.

Surviving are his loving wife of 54 years, Carolyn Pinnix Fulp of the home; daughters, Cindy Brown and Jim of Kernersville, Lisa Jones and husband, Barry of Belews Creek; son, Alan Bradley Fulp and wife, Sabrena of Lynchburg, VA; grandchildren, Christina and Stephanie Brown, Matthew Jones (Alison), Leah Dixon (Adam), Kirsten Tucker, Holly Fulp; great-grandchildren, Liam and Padraig Jones; sisters, Dorothy Booth, Trilby Walker, Faye George; and brother, Bobby T. Fulp.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Welcome Door Baptist Church with Brother Matthew Jones and Pastor Roger Pinnix officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
