Donald Wayne Livengood

Mr. Donald Wayne Livengood, 48, of Pfafftown, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015 at Rowan Medical Center. He was born December 1, 1966 in Forsyth County. Mr. Livengood was preceded in death by his father, Don Wesley Livengood. Surviving are his mother, Geneva Ellis Livengood; four children, Beth Atkins (Mike), D.J. Livengood, Ronnie Moffitt (Wren) and Amber Livengood; three grandchildren, Sophia Sain, Bryton Moffitt and Ryan Moffitt; one sister, Teresa Norman (J.D.) and a niece, Nicole Agner. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
