Donald Wayne Pegram

WINSTON-SALEM-Mr. Donald Wayne Pegram, 65, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Winston-Salem Nursing and Rehab. Mr. Pegram was born on May 31, 1948 in Stokes County, NC to Odell and Annie Pegram. He was the youngest of eleven children. Donald retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 27 years of service. Mr. Pegram was preceded in death by his parents. Donald is survived by his wife, Diane Pegram; one daughter, Michelle Pegram; two brothers, Dan Pegram of Belews Creek, NC and Richard Pegram of Winston-Salem; three sisters, Zora Hemrick of Kernersville, NC, Gracie Combs of Rural Hall, NC and Geneva Tucker of Winston-Salem. No services are scheduled for Mr. Pegram at this time. The family would like to express their thanks to Winston-Salem Nursing and Rehab and Community Home Care & Hospice of Statesville, NC for the care they provided to Donald over the last four and a half years.
