Donald Styers

Mr. Donald Ray Styers, 76, passed away on Wed., May 30, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center. Donald was born on July 1, 1941 to Inez Cromer Styers and Odeous Styers in Forsyth County. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed sports, particularly playing golf; also, watching the Washington Redskins. Donald had a quiet nature yet was a good conversationalist. He was always happy to share from his wellspring of knowledge on a wide variety of subjects. Surviving are his loving wife of 46 years, Brenda E. Styers; daughter, Donna D. Styers (Connie Haley); sister, Iris Smith; and several nieces and nephews. Services are private. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM, Monday, June 4, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel. Interment will be in Brookstown United Methodist Church Cemetery.
