Donald Ray Templeton

Mr. Donald Ray Templeton, 51, died on October 6, 2016, after an extended illness at Forsyth Medical Center. Donald was born in Forsyth County on December 1, 1964, to Helen Marie and Donald Gray Templeton. He graduated from Parkland High School and continued his education at Forsyth Technical Community College, where he earned degrees in Welding, Machining, and Manufacturing Engineer Technology. He is preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his loving mother, Helen Templeton; three cousins, Michael Haley (wife Gloria), Martha Byrd (husband Neal), and Gary Dale Templeton (wife Theresa); and five second cousins, Paula Templeton, Sophia Haley, Catherine Haley, Samuel Haley, Isaiah Haley, and Immanuel Haley. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at Parklawn Memorial Park with Pastor Tim Wolfe officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
