Doris Spaugh

Mrs. Doris Rebecca Spaugh, 90, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Village Care of King. She was born November 15, 1926 in Forsyth Co. the daughter of the late Raymond C. Reid and Mary R. Reid. Mrs. Spaugh was a member of Pfafftown Christian Church for 73 years and was a loving homemaker to her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Warren G. Spaugh and a grandson, Cory D. Spaugh. She is survived by two sons, Randy Spaugh (Margaret) and David Spaugh (Phyllis); three grandchildren, Mara Moye (Bill), Jonas Spaugh (Jessica) and Jennifer Spaugh; and two great-grandchildren, Jake and Jamie Moye. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Pfafftown Christian Church Cemetery with Dr. Randy Spaugh and Rev. Gerald Thomas officiating.
