Doris 'Bay' Hepler Wilkins

Mrs. Doris ""Bay"" Hepler Wilkins, 85 of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at The Brian Center in Lexington. She was born December 31, 1928 in Winston-Salem, the daughter of the late Zeb and Rosa Bodford Hepler. Mrs. Wilkins was of the Moravian Faith. She retired from F. W. Woolworth Co. following 35 years of service. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Gaines and six brothers and sisters. Survivors include one son, William ""Bud"" Wilkins and wife, Carolyn; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 PM at Parklawn Memorial Park's Chapel of Memories with Rev. Norwood Green officiating.
