Dorothy Pauline Rikard
Dorothy Pauline Rikard, 94 of Clemmons, NC passed away Friday,, February 22, 2013. Dorothy was born March 4, 1918 in Bishopville, SC to the late Jesse Olin and Dorothy Inez Parrott Rikard. She was retired from the Federal Government and also from Wake Forest University as a Secretary to the India Professor. Dorothy was a member of Burkhead United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Robert L. Rikard and a sister; Margaret R. Rosenthal. Surviving to cherish her memory are three sisters; Mary R. Stanley of Elkin, NC, Pat Rikard of Merrells Inlet, SC and Barbara Ernest of Advance, NC. A Graveside Service will be conducted 10:00 am Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Forsyth Memorial Park. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the Rikard family. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com
