Dr. Donald W. Stephens, 69, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
He was born in Webster Parish, Louisiana on October 9, 1952 to J.B. Stephens and Mazie Stephens.
Donald was a retired chiropractor. He loved his plants. Donald enjoyed traveling to New Orleans and the beach. He was a beautiful soul.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his partner, Douglas Snider; daughter, Katie Stephens of Houston, Texas; brother, Jay Stephens of Pensacola, Florida; and special caretaker, Sophonia Cathcart.
No formal services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan Ministries, 414 E. Northwest Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
