Edith Sites Jennings

Mrs. Edith Virginia Sites Jennings, 96, passed away April 13, 2026, at her home. She was born in Hardy County, W. VA on January 17, 1930, to the late Mose Sites and Elizabeth Rohbaugh Sites. Mrs. Jennings worked at Hanes Hosiery and retired from AT&T. She loved any kind of gardening and enjoyed ballroom dancing with her husband after retirement. Preceding her in death was her husband, Fielden H. Jennings, Jr. and three brothers and five sisters. Surviving is a daughter, Myra J. Huffman (Jim); son, Monte Jennings (Robin); four grandsons, David Huffman, Keith Huffman (Dana), Bryson Jennings (Sarah) and Aaron Jennings (Chelsea); nine great-grandchildren and one sister, Ruth Wilkins.

 A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, April 17, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Rev. Keith Huffman officiating. Burial will follow at Lewisville Baptist Church Cemetery. A special "thank you" to Angie, Deidra, Regina, Sandra and Carolyn for their gift of caring for mom during this time and the office of Dr. Travis Howell and staff.
