Elda Cohrs Fudge

Ms. Elda Cohrs Fudge, 86, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 at her home. She was born May 8, 1930 in Wood County, Ohio to the late Ernest Frederick and Luella Kolbe Cohrs. Ms. Fudge worked and retired from Piedmont/US Airways with nearly 20 years of service. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Surviving are her two children, daughter, Sharon Jubina (Bill) and a son, Patrick W. Fudge, Jr.; three grandchildren, Zachary Fudge, Lora Lamb, and Alex Jubina; one great-grandchild, Caroline Lamb; also surviving is a brother, Ernest Cohrs. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4615 Dundas Drive, Suite 103 Greensboro, NC 27407 or Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
