Eleonore "Elli" Leupold Stanley

Eleonore “Elli” Leupold Stanley, 87, passed away on December 13, 2023 at Mocksville Senior Living. Elli was born in Hanau, Germany and spent most of her life in Clemmons, NC.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Else; brothers, Oskar and Vannie; daughter who passed away at birth, Vickey Lynn; granddaughter, Radha; and grandson, Jacob.

Elli is survived by her husband of 69 years, RG Stanley of the home; two daughters, Dyanne Stanley and Rena Waring; grandchildren, Sandi, Harley, Britt, Dustie, Tanner and Shahon; great-grandchildren, Alex, Hailey, Lorelai, Lincoln, Ryder and Lennox; and great-great-grandchild, Eleyci. She is also survived by best friends Heidi Statler and Dora Horn and many family members in Hanau, Germany.

A private graveside service will be held at Westlawn Gardens of Memory with Rev. Frank Shumate officiating.
