Elizabeth "Ann" Lambeth

Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Lambeth, 72, of Winston-Salem, NC, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on July 3, 1943, in Forsyth County to the late Douglas and Mary Mayberry. Mrs. Lambeth retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and was a member of Woodland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Grady Lambeth. She is survived by one son, Rick Long and fiancé, Sharon Hunley of Mocksville, NC; a daughter, Kim Mendenhall of Clemmons, NC; one granddaughter, Amanda Padgett and husband, Josh of Rural Hall, NC; two precious and beloved great-grandchildren, Adam and Katherine Padgett; one step-granddaughter, Hope Mendenhall of Midway, NC; and one brother, Jerry Mayberry and wife, Ronda of Winston-Salem. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Tim Gammons officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
