Elizabeth Ann Matlock Throckmorton, 64 of Winston-Salem, NC passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center after a short illness. She was born June 4, 1948 in Forsyth County to the late Donald Odell Matlock, Sr. and Betty Jean Staley Matlock. Surviving to cherish her memory are a brother, Donald Matlock, Jr. (Joyce) of Winston Salem, a sister, Tammie Utt (Timothy) of Kernersville, NC., two nieces; Jody Kaye Sutton (Scott of Matthews, NC., Ellen Wessling (Ken) of Seattle, Washington, two nephews; Timothy Allen Utt, Jr. (Tina) of Lewisville, NC, William Christopher Utt (Tosha) of Sulphur Springs, Texas, great nieces and nephews, Toby, Brianna, Ryan, Abbey, Aidyn and Rylan. A Graveside Service will be conducted 10:00 am Friday, July 20, 2012 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens . Memorials may be made to Hospice/Pallative Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
