Ella Frye Worley

Ella Frye Worley, of Winston-Salem, died Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born to Sophia F. and Claude A. Frye on November 30, 1924. She retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. She was a member of Jonestown Baptist Church for 30 years and was attending Hope Moravian Church. In addition to her parents, Ella was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Worley Sr.; brother, Bobby A. Frye; and granddaughter, Lauren Worley. Surviving are children, Diane Lawson, Kathy Myers (Jesse), John Worley Jr. (Linda) and Tim Worley (Janet); grandsons, Nash Lawson (Shannon), Jeff Boles, Tim Lawson (Debra), Zeb Worley (Larisa); granddaughters, Brandy Boles, Suzie Edwards (Tony), Katie Worley, Shannon Frye (Chad), Traci Fisher (Seth) and Samantha Worley; 11 great grandchildren; three sisters, Annie Eddinger, Alta Mabe and Odessa Rhoades (Charlie); brother, Bobby ""Bucky"" Frye (Janet); and several special nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11AM - 12 Noon Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Parkway with a graveside service following at 1:00 PM at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Bobby ""Bucky"" Frye officiating. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the charity of their choice.
