Ernestine Pratt Boner

Ernestine Pratt Boner, 91, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Brookstone of Clemmons. She was born in Stokes County, NC, on August 25, 1933, to the late Nathaniel and Tannie Lane Pratt. Mrs. Boner was a member of Clemmons First Baptist Church. She was a great cook, enjoyed crafting and going to the mountains. Preceding her in death were her son, Gary Boner; six sisters; and seven brothers. Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Richard Boner; son, Larry Boner; two grandchildren, Clint and Jessica Boner; daughter-in-law, Penny Boner and a sister, Frances Pratt Fulk. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Clemmons First Baptist Church with Rev. David Pace officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clemmons First Baptist Church or Mountain Valley Hospice.
