Ethel Roberts Foster
Ethel Roberts Foster 93, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday December 20, 2014 at Yadkin Nursing Center. She was born March 16, 1921 in Carrol County Virginia to Andrew and Callie Lineberry Roberts. Ethel was a member of New Eden/Immanuel Moravian Church and retired from Hanes Hosiery after 36 years of service. She is survived by her son Mark Foster and his wife Pamela, a grandson Nicholas Foster all from East Bend; 2 sisters Ruby Russell of Woodlawn Virginia and Pauline Jones of Clemmons; her brother Gilmer Roberts of Woodlawn Virginia. Also there are 7 nieces and 3 nephews.
There will be a graveside service 11:00 A.M. Friday December 26, 2014 at Oaklawn memorial gardens with Pastor Cheryl Cottingham officiating.
