Eva Hine

Mrs. Eva Dull Hine, 98, of Winston-Salem, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. She was born July 11, 1919 in Forsyth County to Charlie M. Dull and Cara Woosley Dull. Mrs. Hine graduated from Old Town High School in 1936. She was received into membership of Shiloh Lutheran Church of Lewisville by Baptism and Confirmation of Faith, October 20, 1935. On November 16, 1958 Eva transferred to Friedland Moravian Church. Mrs. Hine married Paul Virgil Hine on October 24, 1956. She worked for RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co. for thirty-five and a half years, where she retired on April 1, 1978. Her favorite scriptures were Psalms 121 and Psalms 27. She is preceded into death by her parents, husband, three sisters, Martha D. Yates, Gladys D. Livengood, Edna D. Wilson, and three brothers, William, Luther, and Hubert. Surviving are a host of nephews and nieces. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Friedland Moravian Church officiated by Rev. Wayne Byerly. Interment will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, October 27, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
