Evelyn Debusk

Mrs. Evelyn Motsinger DeBusk, 79, of Winston-Salem, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born January 1, 1940 in Forsyth County to Myrtice Mosley Motsinger and Grady Motsinger. Mrs. DeBusk was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Richard DeBusk and a brother, Curtis Motsinger. Surviving are her son, Richard DeBusk of Winston-Salem and three brothers, Clay Motsinger of Lewisville, Grady “Odell” Motsinger of Trinity and Jake Motsinger of Tobaccoville. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Randy Wall officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
