Fannie Oleta McBride Jester

Mrs. Fannie Oleta McBride Jester, 84, of Winston-Salem died Friday, November 4, 2016 at Winston-Salem Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 6, 1932 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Oscar and Vernie Carter McBride. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Jester and her daughter, Kathedene Hicks. Survivors include two grandsons, Henri Hicks and wife, Katie of Pfafftown and Micah Hicks of Winston-Salem; and two great grandchildren, Margaret Hicks and Abigail Hicks. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Crestview Memorial Park. (The arrangements are by Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek).
