Florence Wooters Harrell

Mrs. Florence Wooters Harrell, 90, of Winston-Salem passed away Friday, November 1, 2013 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born March 14, 1923 in Forsyth County to John Cleveland and Myrtle Spillman Wooters. She was preceded in death by her husband, T. W. Harrell, a sister, Mamie Thore and a brother, Claude Wooters. Surviving are two sons, Edward W. Harrell (Deborah) of Winston-Salem, Wesley B. Harrell (Georgia) of Fredricksburg, VA.; two grandchildren, Brian Harrell (Caroline), Erin Robertson (Doug); five great grandchildren, Daniel Harrell, Taylor Robertson, Tate Robertson, Maddox Harrell and Skylar Harrell. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM. Monday at Lewisville Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Messer and Dr. Joe Coltrane officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm. Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel. Memorials may be made to Lewisville Baptist Church, 125 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville, N.C. 27023 or to Hospice and Palliative Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, N.C. 27103.
