Frances Swanson Lentz

Mrs. Frances Swanson Lentz of Clemmons passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the Bermuda Village Health Care Center. She was born August 8, 1920 in Forsyth County to Fred and Bessie Swanson. Mrs. Lentz was a member of Clemmons Moravian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edwin Lentz and a sister, Hazel Angel. Surviving are three sons, Eddie Lentz (Debbie) of Clemmons, Clay Lentz (Janice) also of Clemmons and Dan Lentz (Carrie) of Wilmington; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother, Jim Swanson and two sisters, JoAnn Easter and Betty Logan. A memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Clemmons Moravian Church with Rev. Ray Burke officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 in the church parlor prior to the service.
