Frank Vincent Caselles, Sr.

CasellesMr. Frank Vincent Caselles, Sr. Gramps, 85, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Caselles was born in Shelton, CT on November 28, 1925 to Vincent and Mary Marie Lanzia Caselles. He was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during World War II. Mr. Caselles was a member of Griffith Baptist Church and retired from Parrish Construction as a foreman. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a step grandson, Ryan Little. Mr. Caselles is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Nancy Stevenson Caselles; a daughter, Jean Sherrard; a son Frank Caselles, Jr. and wife Bobbie; three step-children, Janet Huff and husband Randy, Curtis Little and wife Lynne, and William Billy Little; grandchildren, Rance Newell, Jr., Robert Newell, Cindy Woods, Crystal Kehrer, Jamie and Logan Caselles, Wesley and Derrick Huff, and Travis and Moranda Little; three brothers, Peter, Vincent, and a half brotherJack Caselles; three great grandchildren; and two cousins, Joe and Manuel Ferreiro. A funeral service will be conducted 2:30 pm Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Tony Brown and Rev. Mike Willard officiating. Burial will follow at Concord Presbyterian Church in Statesville, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00 2:15 pm Tuesday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
