Franklin Delano Swaim

Mr. Franklin ""Frank"" Delano Swaim, 79, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at The Oaks at Forsyth. He was born on March 1, 1937 in Surry County to Herman Brian and Lexie Irene Marsh Swaim. Mr. Swaim was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Swaim. He is survived by his wife Eileen Swaim of the home; five children, Philip S. Swaim and wife Tomi of Shreveport, LA, Kenneth Lee Swaim of Parker, CO, Patricia S Alfonso., Gregory Alan Swaim and wife Debbie all of Winston-Salem, Lisa Faye Swaim and husband Tim Vincent of Columbia, MO; twelve grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with John Bishop officiating. Interment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
