Fred Allen Elliott

STOKESDALE- Fred Allen Elliott, Sr. 75 of Rockingham County, NC formerly of Prices Fork, VA, made his final journey to his heavenly home on June 25, 2017.

Fred made many great friends over the years; he was a kind, gentle man with a big heart and always there for all of his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Fred was preceded in death by his daughter Mitz R. Elliott; his parents Raymond Elliott and Delcie Elliott; and his brother David Elliott.

Left to cherish his memory is the love of his life Charlotte C. Elliott; daughter, Kim Hylton and husband Larry; son, Fred Elliott, Jr. and wife Susan; three grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Kyle Elliott(Tina), Michael Elliott(Pat), Danny Elliott(Nola), and Larry Elliott(Nancy); Geniva Dorman(Michael), Sidney Elliott(Dena) and Judy Snider.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Wednesday, June 28 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Tony Dowdy officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park in Winston Salem.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
