Fred Truell

Mr. Fred Vernon Truell, 68, of Winston-Salem passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Spach Truell; one son, Fred Alvin Truell and wife, Amanda; one daughter, Tabatha Truell Mock and husband, Chad; three grandchildren, Christian Mock, Nathan Mock and Cannon Truell and dear friends, Kevin Buchannan, Jeff Darnell and Pat Atkins. The family will receive friends at their residence. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The North Carolina Wildlife Federation (see their website on line).
