Frederick Leonard Ziglar

Mr. Frederick Leonard Ziglar, 73 of Winston-Salem passed away on Saturday February 22, 2014 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born April 11, 1940 in Forsyth County to Debs Worth Ziglar and Evelyn Boyles Ziglar. Mr. Ziglar was a member of Brookstown United Methodist Church and had retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco after 32 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Jolene Jeune. Surviving are his wife, Pat M. Ziglar of the home; one son, Chris Ziglar and one daughter, Sandra Snarski and husband Joe both of Winston-Salem; three grandchildren, Christopher Ziglar and Hannah and Lauren Snarski and two great grandchildren, William and Blayklie. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Brookstown United Methodist church by Rev. James T. ""Chip"" Webb. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or to Brookstown UMC Scholarship Fund, 6274 Yadkinville Rd.
