Gary Wayne Sisk
Mr. Gary Wayne Sisk, 74, of King, NC, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Silas Creek Rehabilitation Center.
Gary was born on December 12, 1951, to the late Howard “Curly” Sisk and Beulah Wann in Danville, Virginia.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ed Wann.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Laurie (Barry) Jones; his sister, Vickie Rudder; his brothers, Ricky Sisk, Greg Sisk, and Butch James; his grandchildren, Logan Turpin, Braden Jones, and Natalie Jones; along with many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 4:00PM on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Pastor Jonathan White will give a brief eulogy at 2:30PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Testament Baptist Family Life Center, 691 Iris Lane, Danville, VA 24540.
Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the family of Mr. Sisk.
