Genevieve Crosman

Genevieve L. "Ginger" Crosman was born October 8, 1933 and went on to her greater glory on August 19, 2017. Ginger was an adventurous and stoic woman from Maine who dedicated her life to helping those in need. She was an accomplished advocate, musician, school teacher and writer. She had an avid interest in exploring the world and developing new friendships. She will be greatly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting her. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Bunnie Crosman, and leaves behind her cousins of the Feeney family of Maine and their families. She also leaves her loving and devoted goddaughter, Monica, her husband, Pete, and daughter Isabella, all of whom Ginger adored and loved dearly. She also leaves her loyal and caring friend, Faye Calder of Winston-Salem, and her many friends and chosen family from the St. Timothy's Episcopal Church community, and many others throughout the United States and beyond. A memorial service at St. Timothy's will be scheduled at a later date and will be posted on the Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home of Winston Salem website. An interment of her ashes will follow in Portland, Maine at a later date. In lieu of flowers please donate to your local Humane Society. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
